We Believe

• Each child is a unique and special child of God and we encourage the development of self esteem and individuality.

• Children learn best through developmentally appropriate activities by play provided as avenues for learning.

• Grace Lutheran Learning Center provides a warm and loving Christ-centered environment where children can develop to their fullest potential physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and spiritually.

• Our program is a ministry to young children and their families.

• Our program is a joint ministry that involves the congregation, the community, the staff, the family and the child.

Mission and Ministry

• Our Mission is to nurture children with Christ-like love and to encourage development of strong Christian principles.

• It is the position of Grace Lutheran Learning Center that children need to learn about and experience the love of Jesus on a daily basis. Christ established our relationship with children when he said, “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in My name welcomes Me…(Mark 9:37)"

• Through daily prayer, weekly chapel attendance and by personal example, the Center’s primary purpose is to extend the gospel to young children through a comprehensive ministry of care and teaching.

• Parents are recognized as children’s principal teachers and are supported by the Center program.

•  The mission of our program goes beyond childcare. The Center will serve as an outreach of our congregation to put young families in touch with our members, and possibly involve them more in the activities of the church itself.
