Enrollment

A parent interview is required before admission into any of the above programs. The following forms must be signed, dated and on file: Emergency Contact, Parent Consent to Treat a Minor, Picture Permission, Childcare Monthly Contract, Emergency Transport, SmartCare Enrollment and proof of Immunizations. For infant enrollment, a Statement of Health and Feeding Schedule form will also need to be completed. It is the parent’s responsibility to advise the Center of any changes in address, phone number, e-mail, health history or immunizations.

No student will be allowed to attend until properly enrolled.

No child will be denied admission on the basis of race, religion or handicap. We will do our best to accommodate children with
special needs. We retain the right to deny admission if all spots for a particular child’s age group are full or if we are unable to

appropriately accommodate a special need.

Is Preschool/Kindergarten Readiness included in the Flat Rate Tuition Cost?

Yes.
What qualifications do your teachers have?

New teachers-orientation courses, 16 hours, First Aide, CPR & AED Certified.
What do you do to ensure the children's safety?

All employees have an annual background check. We have a new badging system that the parents are required to badge in and out of the building.
Are you State Licensed?

Yes.

Do you provide meals?

Yes, we have an optional hot lunch program you can purchase @ $3.00/day, snacks are provided by the parent/guardian.
Do you take infants?

Yes, we care for children as young as 6 weeks old
Do you require Immunizations?

Yes.
Do you have a high turnover rate?

No, many staff have been here 10 plus years.
Do you Provide a Preschool Program?

Yes, we offer preschool for ages 2 - 5 years of age. We have a Kindergarten Readiness Program for ages 4-5 years of age.
Do you have to be a member of the church or religious to attend?

No, our program is offered to everyone.
